She is survived by: her parents, Hubert and Celeste; her close friend Kinslee; her grandparents, Hubert, Patti Husk of Philpot, Steve and Robin Vance of Dawson Springs; her great-grandparent Linda Fulps of Owensboro; her aunts and uncles, Joey Husk (Angela) of Henderson, Nick Husk (Maricela) of Philpot, Jeremy Vance (Hayleigh) of Sebree, Nathan Vance (Sarah) of Columbus and Emily Vance of Dawson Springs; and her cousins, Emilee Barber, Brissa Arroyo, Adelynn Husk, Sophia Husk, SJ Vance, Harper Husk and Riley Husk.
Her glorious spirit will not only live on in the hearts of her loved ones, but Leah will live on through the gift of organ donation.
