He was predeceased by: his brothers, Kenneth, George and Bob Goetz. He is survived by: his pet Ameka; his wife Lucille Goetz; his children, Mark Goetz of Owensboro, Deborah Goetz of Owensboro and Pam Gillaspie (Chuck) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Matthew Goetz (Megan) of Evansville, Laura Beth Gillaspie of Owensboro and Ethan Fortner of Owensboro; his great grandchildren, Rayne, Dorian and Avery; and his sister Mary Helen Nash (Lloyd) of Masonville.
