He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Millay and Mary Edna Hines Millay; and his siblings, Larry Millay, Charles Millay and Mary Lee England.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sapp Millay; his pet Sysco Kid; his siblings, Linda Millay, Dorothy Harl, Jo Ann Harl (Gene) of Owensboro, Francis Bidwell (Lee) of Glasgow, Bill Millay (Marsha) and David Millay (Mary) of Owensboro; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Richards and Paula Sapp of Owensboro. He is also survived by 24 nieces and nephews.
