He was predeceased by: his father Irvin Velotta; and his brothers, Scotty and Wayne Velotta. He is survived by: his wife Melonie Velotta; his daughters, Mindy Oakley (Justin) of Indianapolis, Samantha Velotta of Maceo, Taylor Velotta of Owensboro and Lyndsey Velotta of Owensboro; his stepdaughters, Ashley Nelson (Alex) of Rockport and Sabrina Nash of Owensboro; and his siblings, Fabyan Bridgmon of Owensboro, Michael Velotta (Lois) of Owensboro, Tommy Velotta (Truby) of Owensboro and Steven Velotta (Nancy) of Utica. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
