He was predeceased by: his parent Viola Mitchell; and his sister Shirley Coffman. He is survived by: his wife Doris Mills Lambrich; his children, Ronnie Lambrich (Terri) of Radiant, Virginia and Sandra Burch (Cliff) of Johnson City, Texas; his siblings, Larry Lambrich (Jeanette) of Philpot, Michael Mitchell (Donna) of Masonville, Connie Hahn (Alan) of Cambridge and Kathy Burgess (Jeff) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Mitchell Shoup (Krystal), Matthew Shoup, Lindsay Hawes (Matt), Meredith Wilkerson (Luke), Madison Hutter (Chauncey) and Carlie Lambrich; and his great grandchildren, Jaklyn, Gannon, Myleigh, Morgan, Brantley, Carson, Miller, Mary Claire and Deacon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Western Kentucky, 3419 Wathens Crossing, Owensboro, KY 42301.
