He is survived by: his wife Edna Crutcher Watts; his children, Greg Watts (Suzy) of Cape Girardeau, Melanie Watts of Owensboro, Kelly Howard of Owensboro and Zachary Watts (Katrina) of Owensboro; and his sister Stacia Jarvis (Thomas) of Yelvington, Kentucky. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
