She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas R. Johnson and Ruth Payne Johnson; her husband Charles Leo Howard; and her sister Anita Foucault. She is survived by: her children, Diane Hoffman (Steve) of Owensboro, Jane Brand (Joe) of Philpot, Lisa Kratt (Bob) of Crestwood, KY and Leo Howard (Sonya) of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Matthew, Jonathan (Amy), Caleb Brand (Rachel), Holly Rainey (Michael), Tyler, Adam, Sam (Madison) and Benjamin Kratt; and her great grandchildren, Ella, Graham, Emilia, Beau Rainey, Eli and Katie Brand. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
