She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Frank Fulkerson; her in-laws, Emmettean and Ella Mae Barnett; and her brother-in-law Walter Howard. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Marie Fulkerson of Knottsville; her niece Kelly Howard; her grandsons, Chase Barker (Taylor), Tyler Barker, Austin Howard and Jayden Howard (Taelyr); her great grandchildren, Maxwell, Nolan and Jack; and her siblings, Becky Howard, Carol Morris (Terry), Cheryl Morris, Kathy Hagan (Ivan), Barbara McDaniel (Evan), Frankie Fulkerson (Laura) and Mike Fulkerson (Lisa). She is also survived by many brothers and sisters in law and nieces and nephews.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
