He was predeceased by: his former wife Rhonda Morris Chinn. He is survived by: his spouse Ramona Chinn; his children, Brandon France of Amarillo, TX, Chris France (Jennifer) of Smyrna, TN, Cameron Cox and Tara Cox; his grandchild Logan Cox; and his brothers, Dennis Chinn (Rosie) of Walton, KY and Daryl Chinn (Portia) of Philpot, KY. He is also survived by two nephews; one niece; and three great nephews.
