He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Chapman and Imogene Childers Chapman; and his brothers, Charles, James and Larry Chapman.
He is survived by: his grandmother Onstott Chapman; his daughter Lisa Chapman of Bowling Green; and his brother Jerry Chapman (Judy) of Greenwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
