We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2022, at the age of 77, Charlie Hood of Philpot, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Justin Hood; and his brothers, Robert Hood and Gerald Ray Hood. He is survived by: his wife Celeste Medley-Hood; his children, Ted Hood (Paula), Linda Hoover (Robert) and Judy Hood; his siblings, Darrell Hood (Lois), Jackie Cecil (Clemie), Doug Hood (Dorothy), Sheila Head, Sandy Mayfield, Linda Hagan, Norma Fulkerson (Ed) and Debbie Murphy (Larry); and his parents-in-law, Connie Hood, Judy Hood, Mary Roberts (Ken), Winnie Foster (Joe), Mark Ebelhar and Sue Hall (Wayne). He is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
