He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bratcher and Ruby Mae Bailey Bratcher; his siblings, Mary Helen Pence, Edwin Bratcher, R. C. Bratcher, Raymond Bratcher, Jack Bratcher and Darrell Gene Bratcher; and his great grandchild Easton Andrew Duncan.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura Blair (David) of Philpot; his grandchildren, Abigail Marsch, George-David Marsch and Gavin Blair; his great grandchild Remington Marsch; and his close friend Meredith Stanley of Utica. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
