He is survived by: his wife Sandra Woodward Chandler; his children, Vicki Quisenberry (Tab) of Owensboro, Debbie Russell (Bryan) of Bowling Green and Mark Chandler (Janet) of Palm Harbor, Florida; his grandchildren, Adair Price (Harrison), Kendall Quisenberry (Aaron Mayo), Cameron Quisenberry, Maci Quisenberry, Travis Russell (Alyssa), Alex Russell, Sam Chandler and Sydney Chandler; and his great grandchildren, Elsie Blair Russell and Brooks Price. He is also survived by niece, nephew and cousins.
