He is survived by: his wife Sherri Vandall of Phelps, KY; his children, Dustin Sealock (Susan) of Columbus, OH, Billy Roberts of Phelps, KY, Melissa Baker (Josh) of Phelps, KY, Haley Maynard (Travis) of Moundsville, WV and Allison Sealock (Anthony) of Columbus, OH; his sister Crystal Crumley of Circleville, OH; and his grandchildren, Tae'vion, Jaeleah, Adelynn, Case, Bentley and Adley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
