She is survived by: her sister Grethel Willis; her grandson Christopher Alex Fields; her sons, Aaron Fields (Aletha) of Phelps, KY and Mike Fields (Regina Gail) of Phelps, KY; her sisters, Della Layne of Freeburn, KY, Carlene Chapman of Cleveland, OH and Darlene Mounts (Phillip) of Freeburn, KY; her grandchildren, Bethany Jeshel Fields of Knoxville, TN, Michael Paul Fields of Phelps, KY, Jeffery Fields Jr. of Phelps, KY, Aaron Matthew Fields (Andrea) of Lexington, KY and Lyndsey Le'Shea Fields of Nashville, TN; her great grandchildren, Kaden Blake Hager, Ian Cruze Hager, Maggie Louise Fields, Greyson Alexander Fields and Logan Christopher Booher; her daughter-in-law Shirley Jean Fields of Knoxville, TN; and her sister Movita Church (Roscoe) of Freeburn, KY.
