She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ray and Mary Magalene Smith of Phelps, KY; and her brothers, Johnny Edward Jackie Ray and Ora Lee. She is survived by: her siblings, Vickie Gail Wolford of Phelps, KY and Joshua E Allen Smith; and her nephews, Tyson (Natalie), Riley (Tori), Ethan, Logan, Kailee, JayJay, Eishon (Maggie), Brentlei, Jack (Sophia), Sullivan and Cyson.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Cornerstone Apostolic Church (25 Beech Creek, Phelps, KY 41553). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
