He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Smith and Geraldine Stump Smith; and his siblings, Everett, Adam Smith, Vivian Smith and Kathy Casey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Georgia Smith (Dallas), Margaret Smith, Marcy Yates (Dwayne), T. A. Smith (Rhonda) and James Smith (Huletha). He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
