He is survived by: his daughter Tasha Dotson (Jerry Layne) of Phelps, KY.; his siblings, Timothy Lester (Norma) of McAndrews, KY., Sharon Casey of West Liberty, KY, Jackie Young (Tim) of Stopover, KY and Hilda Francis (Rick) of Stopover; his grandchild Connor Dotson of Phelps, KY; and his nephews, Dane, Jason and Michael Francis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
