She is survived by: her daughter Donna Mayhorn of Stopover, KY; her brothers, Clell Blankenship of Stopover, KY, William "Billy" Blankenship (Debbie) of Stopover, KY, Ronnie Dean Blankenship (Melissa) of Phelps, KY and Jamie Blankenship (Angie) of Kimper, KY; and her grandchildren, Josh Mayhorn of Stopover, KY, Hannah and Haley Miles of Kimper, KY.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
