She is survived by: her children, Mickey Brizendine (Nora) of Phelps, KY, Donna Smith of Frenchburg, KY and Jackie Casey (Michael) of Phelps, KY; and her siblings, Ralph Layne (Geri) of Murray, KY, Sylvia Coleman of Freeburn, KY, Glendella Lee (Charles) of Freeburn, KY and Molly Blackburn of Phelps, KY.. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.
