He is survived by: his wife Monica Ferrell; his sons, Lacey Kyle Ferrell (Nancy) of Phelps and David Ferrell (Jennifer) of Oak Ridge; his grandchildren, Ciara Ferrell of Knoxville, Tennessee. and Braden Ferrell of Knoxville; his sister Shelva Jean Dotson of Phelps, KY; and his grandpuppies, Susie, Sandy and Nyx.
