He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rose "Smith" Wagner; his daughters, Debra Kay Hall of Phelps, KY and Jennifer Lynn Milisitz of Phelps, KY; his sisters, Feba Ann Johnson (Doug) of Indiana and Betty Jane Allen of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Rachel Cantrell, Nikki Church (Brandon), Kendra Yates (Cody) and Kandy Thomas. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
