She is survived by: her siblings, Jolene Casey (LeRoy) of Bean Station, TN., Donnette Frazier (Charlie) of Berea, KY. and Clay Campbell (Lesa) of Phelps, KY.; her close friend Gary Thacker (Libby Wesley); and her nieces and nephews, Amy Crowe, Kayla Frazier, Cassidy Campbell, Seth Frazier and Austin Campbell.
