It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Daugherty of Phelps, Kentucky, born in Jamboree, Kentucky, who passed away on September 17, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Daugherty and Nancy "Coleman" Daugherty. He is survived by: the mother of his children Jean Workman Daugherty; his children, Jimmy Douglas Daugherty (Mary Lavel) of Resaca, GA, Pamela Sue Daugherty of Calhoun, GA, Sharon Kay Ray (Harvey) of Calhoun, GA and Connie Zean of Calhoun, GA; his siblings, Billy Ray Daugherty (Ruth) of Bean Station, TN, Howard Daugherty (Geraldine) of Phelps, KY, Linda Daugherty of Lexington, KY, Lillian Blankenship (Booney) and Geneva Windous of Portland, OR; and his grandchildren, Caleb, McKinsey and Cody.
