He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hurley (Eunice) and Della Ray Stiltner; his siblings, Boyd Hurley, Ronnie Hurley (Runt) and Susie Hurley; and his nephews, Ronnie Travis Hurley and Blane Marvin Wolford.
He is survived by: his close friend Ellen Marie Combs of Phelps, KY; his son Frank James Hurley of Stopover, KY; his siblings, Frankie Hurley (Michelle) of Cookville, TN, Raymond Hurley (Dianne) of Stopover, KY, Frank Hurley (Ruth), Wimpie Wolford (Bernice) of Stopover, KY and Debbie Hurley; and his grandchildren, Frank James Jr. Hurley, Dyllon Hurley (Brooklyn) and Natalee Hurley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Jones & West Funeral Home (37035 KY-194, Phelps, KY 41553). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
