He is survived by: his wife Regina Fields of Phelps; his sons, Michael Paul of Phelps and Jeffery Fields of Phelps; his brother Aaron "Ernie" Fields (Aletha) of Phelps; and his sister-in-law Shirley Fields of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
