It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freddie Fields (Phelps, Kentucky), who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sim Fields and Ellen Fields (Hurley); and his brothers, James Fields, Eugene Fields and Freeland Fields.

He is survived by: his sisters, Thelma Griffey, Helen Fields and Gladys Sullivan; his wife Nola Irick Fields; his daughter Janet Fields; his grandson Griffin Abshire; and his sisters, Mosey Fields and Linda Matney.
