She was predeceased by: her parents, Vercel Fields and Elizabeth Hurley Fields; her daughter Vergena Lebeth Fields; her sister Hilda Marie Fields; her grandparents, Everette, Nola Hurley, Lewis and Maggie Fields; and her brother-in-law Joe Hurley.

She is survived by: her grandson Phoenix Fields; her sister Norma Smith (Dave); her nieces, Heather Fields (Regina) of Jamboree and Amanda Hall (Gary) of Dandridge, TN.; her great-nephew Trevor Hurley of Dandride, TN.; her uncle Everette Earl; and her aunt Kathy Hurley. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
