He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lowe; his daughter Mary Danielle Lowe; his siblings, Judy Salazar, Cheryl Lowe, James Lowe, David Lowe, Steve Lowe and Sammy Lowe; his stepchildren, Kristi Mounts and Jason Rose; his grandchildren, Haley, Aaron, Charity, Lindsay, Kendall and Austin; and his great grandchild Bobby Gene McKinney.
