She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Can Martin and Lettie Malinda Bentley. She is survived by: her son James Michael Bentley Sr. of Majestic, KY; and her siblings, Terry Bentley (Pat) of Bethel, OH, Allen M. Bentley (late Velva) of Corydon, IN and Nanette Pinson (Edward) of Pikeville, KY. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
