She is survived by: her children, Sherry Irene Blankenship (Michael) of Bean Station and Michael Glenn Hackney of Jamboree, Kentucky; her siblings, Homer Thacker of Hazard, Charles Thacker of Leburn, Kentucky, Shirley Combs of Leburn, Kentucky, Gladys Smith of Leburn, Kentucky and Irene Triplett of Leburn, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Kristin Howerton (Chris), Jordan Blankenship (Amy), Brandice Hackney, Dalton Hackney and Harley Hackney.
