It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barry Keith Charles of Phelps, Kentucky, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald "Smokey" Charles and Ruby Charles; and his brothers, Ricky Charles and Robin Charles. He is survived by: his daughters, Tashia Weaver of Helena and Laura Justice of Phyllis, KY; and his sisters, Penny Lynn Mullins, Joyce Anna Charles and Tammy Lowe. He is also survived by two grandsons and two granddaughters.
