It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Avanell Lambert of Phelps, Kentucky, born in Hazel Green, Kentucky, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha Chambers and Bessie Fern Taulbee Chambers; her husband William Lambert; her son Larry Dean Williams; her great grandchild Amariah Key; and her siblings, Charles, Denzil, Billy J. Chambers, Marcella Boyd, Naomi Scott and Arnita Stovall.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Gunther, Michael Williams (Debrina) of Delbarton, KY, Danny Williams (Janet) of Phelps, KY and Maria Laney of Matewan, KY; her siblings, Joseph Cleveland Chambers of Beatyville, KY, Gerald Chambers of Lebanon, Karen Mahon of Germantown, OH, Anna Mae Charnesky of Mt. Sterling, KY and Nancy Thompson of Booneville, KY; and her brother-in-law Greg Charnesky. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
