She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Allen Justice (Samantha) of Ezel, KY and Melissa Gay Blankenship (Ronnie) of Stopover, KY; her brother George Jackson Jr. (Gail) of Phelps, KY; her grandchildren, Jordan Blankenship (Tina), Meghan Blankenship (Dustin Varney), Kaitlyn Stephens (Gentry) and Jimmy Allen Justice II; her great grandchildren, Aubree Blankenship, Summer Mounts, Amelia Stephens, Samantha Hurley and Joseph Hurley; and her niece Sue Stump.
