He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Smith and Daisy Smith (Danley); his wife Della Mae Smith (Hackney); his daughter Donna Sue Ball; his siblings, Erville, Earnest, Julius, Ray, Paul, Bobby, Lilly Fuller, Gladys Hicks and Margaret Smith; and his son-in-law Bruce Young.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Lee Smith, Paula Mae Smith of Phelps, KY and Aleen Young of Phelps, KY; his granddaughter Della; his sisters, Ruby Hatfield of Phelps, KY and Carol Berry of Johnstown, OH; his grandchildren, Tony Lee Smith Jr. (Bridgette), Cody Salyer of Mount Sterling, KY, Aaron Salyer (Caitlyn), Kelie Madison Young of Phelps, KY, Preston Sincell (Melody), Beth Hurley (Jody) and Stephanie Sincell of Phelps, KY; his great grandchildren, Addy, Bryson Casey of Lynn, WV, Nevaeh Jade of Georgetown, KY, Jai-Gavin of Georgetown, KY, Jessa Paige Warren of Georgetown, KY, Cason Salyer of Mount Sterling, KY, Maddox, Phoenix Sincell of Phelps, KY, Chance, Joe, Sam Hurley of Phelps, KY, Jace and Aarilyn Salyer of Matewan, WV; and his son-in-law Pete Sincell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and their children.
