He was predeceased by: his parents, David Michael and Mary Layne (Wolford); and his brother David "Wimpy" Layne. He is survived by: his siblings, Keith A. Layne (Laura Casey) and Rebecca A. Wolford of Phelps, KY.. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Services (Rt. 49 Hatfield Bottom, Matewan, WV 25678). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
