He was predeceased by: his father James Moore Allen. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Osbourne Olges; his stepparents, Wayne Louis Olges and Paula Johnson Allen; his brother Jeffrey Michael Allen (Stacy); his stepsister Jillian Johnson; and his nephews, Ryland and Luke Allen. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
