He was predeceased by: his father Charles Fred Kollenberg. He is survived by: his wife Kari Higgins Kollenberg; his sons, Wako Kollenberg and Cody Kollenberg; his daughter-in-law Topanga Kollenberg; his mother Deloris Kollenberg; his siblings, Andrew Kollenberg (Becky) and Jennifer Daugherty (Scott); his parents-in-law, Hoyt and Lesta Higgins; his brothers-in-law, Curtis Higgins (Crystal) and Shawn Higgins (Janna); and his nieces and nephews, Olivia, Lea, Taylor, Cole, Hannah, Addison and Trevor.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tim Kollenberg Memorial Fund through Oldham County Youth Football League.
