He is survived by: his wife Carol Good Payne; his daughter Whitney Hopkins (Anthony); his grandchildren, Addison, Hunter, Brooklynn and Charlee; and his siblings, Eddie Payne (Glenda), Timmy Payne (Susan), Claudette Carpenter (Bob) and Barbara Kelly.
