He is survived by: his father Maurice Konrad (Sonny); his siblings, Linda Mehringer (Steve), David Konrad (Paula) and Kathy Weinzapfel (Gary); his wife Gail Duchnowski; his children, Kandis and Kwin; his father-in-law Roman; and his brother-in-law Timothy (Paul).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Andy's honor.
