She was predeceased by: her husband James Kiper; her brothers, John, Marvin and Eugene Carman; her daughter Neda Caroll Kiper; her sister Mary Hester; and her parents, Ernest Carman and Mary Eliza Carman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Kiper and Terri Justice (Dennis); her grandsons, Jacob and Jeb Justice; and her brothers, Ernest "Pete" Carman and James Carman.
