He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Fugate and Dolores Fugate; his wife Angie Fugate; his son Mike Fugate; and his siblings, Willa May Abdon, Ovi, Roy, Grover, Ray and William Fugate.
He is survived by: his children, Dorothy Slagle (Charles), Terry Fugate (Kellie), Ted Fugate (Missy) and Larry Fugate (Tracy); his sister Pauline; and his granddaughter Nicole Slagle. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stith Funeral Home (7500 U. S. Hwy 42, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
