He was predeceased by: his children, Rita White and Roy White; his parents, Mason Ratliff and Ora Bessie; and his siblings, Bernard Mounce, Marjorie Maurer, Joyce Massey, Onita "Kay" Collins and Mary Etheleen Dearinger.
He is survived by: his children, Milton Mounce, Jr., Larry White (Kathy), Vickie Sizemore, Debbie Perkins (Donnie), Ronnie Mounce, Jeanie Goodridge (Greg), Gary Mounce (Juanita), Darlene Burlew, Timmy Mounce and Mary "Sissy" Hillenbrand; and his stepsons, Brian Williams and Bobby Williams. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
