He is survived by: his wife Teresa (Abrams); his children, Donald Wayne Jr. (Amanda) of Cornith, KY, Mike of Burlington, KY, Shane (Phylicia) of Elsmere, KY, Katie of Petersburg, KY and Heather (Tony) of Nicholsville, KY; and his siblings, Elizabeth (Barry) of Burlington, KY and Ronald (Bethann). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
