She is survived by : her children, Sarah Ruth Cox and Jesse Andrew Cox; her siblings, Jerry Hamlin Jr. (Lori), Timmy Allen Hamlin and April Jean Goyda (Joey); her grandchildren, Apryl Rayne Hagenmaier and David Dewayne Cox; and her cousin Tammy Meadway Pezzuto.
