She was predeceased by: her parents, John Holt and Hazel Baugh Holt; her husband Samuel Clifton Stroxtile, Jr.; and her son Gary Glen Belcher. She is survived by: her son Troy Wayne Belcher (Angela); her daughter-in-law Lavinia Belcher; and her brother Danny Holt.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (416 W 2nd St, Perryville, KY 40468). A burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the same location.
