She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Burton and Edith Burton; her son James Walter Belcher; and her siblings, Maureen Burger and Keith Cline Burton.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Walter Belcher; and her sons, Mark Kevin Belcher, Gregory Scott Belcher and Kenny Ray Belcher (Elizabeth West). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
