With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Montana Cummins (Perryville, Kentucky), who passed away on January 17, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Lewis Cummins; her parents, Ralph Everett and Mary Ellen Wayne (Johnson); and her brother Lewis J. Wayne. She is survived by: her children, Sara Poole (Barry) of Cario, GA and Donald Underwood, Jr. (Tammie) of Pleasant Hill, TN; her stepson William Daniel Cummins (Rebecca) of Waseon, OH; and her sisters, Geneca Robinson (Doug), Wilma Underwood (Jim) and Mable Randolph (Bill). She is also survived by four grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
