He was predeceased by: his father James Followell; and his brother James Allen Followell. He is survived by: his mother Lillie Followell; and his siblings, Connie Preston (Frank), Karen Hacker (Jeff), Gary Followell (Julie) and Roger Followell (Mona). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
