She was predeceased by: her parents, William Everett and Mary Ethel Hill Dixon; her husband William Woodford Knox; and her siblings, David Edwin Dixon, Kenneth Dixon and Elizabeth Joyce Dixon.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Knox Jones (James) and Kathryn Elliott (Dwayne); her grandchildren, William Blake Jones (Lauren) and Olivia Lynn Elliott; and her great grandchildren, Sadie and Brooks Jones.
